Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our product and the fact that it is delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy. Once the checkout process is completed and the download link is provided, the sale is considered final. 

Exceptions:
We only consider exceptions to this policy under the following rare circumstances:
1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same e-book twice using the same email address and payment method.
2. Unresolvable Technical Issues: If the file is completely corrupted and our support team is unable to provide you with a working copy within 48 hours of your report.
